Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for a motivated, team-building individual to fill a Full Time Payroll and Benefits Coordinator position in our Burton Administration office to cover the Mid-Michigan area.
Objective: Process an accurate and timely payroll operation.
Full Time Position. Salary $45,000.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Process accurate and confidential bi-weekly payroll
Audit POS and time clock entries.
Assist managers and employees with online benefits portal.
Assist managers and employees with payroll documents.
Oversee annual benefit open enrollments
Coordinate benefit enrollment TPA.
Submit quarterly wages to MIWAM.
Submit W2 information to Federal, State and local agencies within annual deadlines.
Process annual ACA 1095 forms w/ Employee Navigator within annual deadlines.

Impeccable attention to detail
Working knowledge of Excel
High level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines
High level of organization and time management skills
