APOTHECARY PRODUCTS, LLC Coordinator, Sales Enablement in Burnsville, Minnesota

The Career - What You Will Do Apothecary Products, LLC (APL) is currently adding a Sales Enablement Coordinator. This dynamic and ever-evolving role is crucial to the growth and development of APL's sales initiatives. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including preparing for customer meetings, supporting RFQ/RFI processes, preparing reports, organizing trade shows, managing repositories, and more. Your efforts will help APL exceed customer expectations and drive profitable business growth. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who excels in MS Office, has excellent grammar and English skills, and demonstrates a strong attention to detail. You should be well-organized, adaptable, and agile, with the ability to handle shifting demands with ease. A self-starter who takes pride in serving others, you will excel in prioritizing tasks and remaining patient under pressure. The position is based at our manufacturing and distribution headquarters in Burnsville, Minnesota, with a hybrid work setting requiring regular onsite presence two days per week. The Opportunity: Accountable for preparing materials for customer meetings, including presentation decks, item setup sheets, sample distribution, and surveys Assist Sales team with gathering information for RFQ's/RFIs Manage maintenance of existing items, including customer planogram (POG) support, spreadsheets, sample distribution, and updating digital assets and insurance certificates Analyze sales reports to aid in creating sales presentations and internal business updates Accountable for preparation activities for trade shows Maintain and organize customer and presentation repositories Offer new ideas to support fulfillment of department goals Perform other duties beneficial to the success of APL Qualifications + Experience: Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience At least 2 years in customer facing, sales and/or support roles; experienced in similar capacities preferred Strong working knowledge of APL's sales process or ability to quickly attain Customer focused mindset High level of agility Track record of working independently Ability to write and edit documents with a prominent level of accuracy in grammar, punctuation, and style Demonstrable strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to navigate/learn other business information platforms Willingness to work hours to align with business needs, with on occasion may be beyond standard business hours Ability to work with a diverse team Verified personal and professional values aligning with the company (Winning, Excellence, Collaboration, Accountability, and Each Other - WE CARE) Successfully exhibits the company's core competencies (Business Know-How, Solutions Minded, One APL, Develop Self and Others, and Agility) The Company - Why Choose Us Founded in 1975, Apothecary Products, LLC is a consumer products company focused on making life better for our consumers and the people that they care for.
