Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
You will work with major stakeholders across TELUS to create the vision and strategy for Identity for the next 10 years. This means you will be driving the next generation IAM product within TELUS that will serve the customer, business across all the product lines TELUS has. Digital Identity is the way to go so your knowledge of how to enable TELUS in the ecosystem and helping set standards within the industry working with other heavyweights will be key to success.
Providing thought leadership to accelerate technical and business initiatives that drive quality outcomes
Collaborating and fostering strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Driving transformational change across multiple stakeholder groups in a large, complex organization

Noted to have a high degree of curiosity, continuously learning new topics, concepts and technologies, and also looking beyond the surface level to understand the full picture and questioning/challenge the status-quo resulting to drive higher business value
Able to interact with technical team members and distill complex ambiguous problems into actionable items
A visionary when it comes to Identity - CIAM, workforce identity as well Digital Identity exchange eco-system, Solid understanding of SAML, Oauth, OIDC, UMA 2.0 and other identity protocols
Experienced and have 10 years in leading identity programs including 5 years in a senior architect role
An achiever of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences/Engineering or equivalent
- Affiliation with DIACC, Secure Key or other Identity related initiatives cross industry
