What you'll be doing:
General maintenance, services, diagnosis, and accessories primarily on Toyota vehicles.
Performing work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Vehicle inspections to determine if additional safety or service work is required and making recommendations accurately based on vehicle assessments and scheduled maintenance intervals.
Documentation of all findings and inspection results in accordance with Company and Manufacturer policies.
Communicate clearly and accurately with other team members to ensure a smooth servicing process
General housekeeping and facility maintenance duties as necessary.
What we need from you:
MUST have completed Level 2 apprentice training with an appropriate number of completed hours.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be capable of lifting a minimum 50 lbs.
Have a valid British Columbia driver's license.
Be willing to follow policies and procedures as outlined in the operation of the Fixed Operations Department.
Be committed to consistently delivering high quality level of customer service.
Experience in a dealership setting is considered an asset.
