Position Overview:

Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Quality Control Technician for a direct-hire (permanent) position with a chemical client in Burlington, WI. Summary:

This individual will ensure the plant meets quality and regulatory standards. The role involves validating batches, maintaining records, supporting ISO 9001 and FSSC programs, and training staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform batch validation testing and documentation.

• Maintain quality records and manage environmental monitoring.

• Oversee lab equipment calibration and cleanliness.

• Support ERP functions and assist with internal audits.

• Manage controlled documents, update procedures, and maintain a comprehensive filing system.

• Provide training on document use and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or is required

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Life Science, or related field is preferred.

• 1-2 years of lab experience is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent communication skills.

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods.

• Must pass a background check and drug test.

• HACCP and PMQCI certification within 6 months.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-time, exempt position.

• Pay: $21-25/hour, depending on relevant experience.
