IQ RESOURCE GROUP INC. Bilingual Machine Operator in BURLINGTON, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overall Machine inspection Will assemble and/or disassemble the machine according to schedules. Perform equipment start-up and shut down Will operate assigned stations and all other associated work including: preventative maintenance, machine changeovers, making minor adjustments to maintain greatest operational efficiency, assist other operators, Q.A. Department, Maintenance Department, etc. Work with Maintenance Department to help troubleshooting the machine Must understand and follow production schedule in a timely manner. Perform best practice quality checks. Watch for defective materials. Ensures final product is meeting specifications. Perform any other related work in accordance with line quality. Manually record all data as required (Quality and Production checks) Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all equipment and facility as required. Perform basic machine troubleshooting Follow GMP\'s and Safety Procedures at all times. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with the Company procedures, rules and regulations Report any issues to the Production Team Leader Submit completed paperwork in a timely manner Comprehensive knowledge of general food safety program best practices and must be highly proficient in ability to document and work within GMP\'s. HACCP, HACQP, and SQF. Follow work instructions ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age or older GED or high school diploma is required. Six months of manufacturing experience is preferred.
