Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a company to help with their staffing needs to help hire dedicated and skilled individuals for a leading manufacturing company in Burlington, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, operating machinery, ensuring quality control throughout the production process, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

Pay: $18-$21/HR with increases every three months for the 1st year

Position Type: Evaluation  Location: Burlington, WA

Shifts: 6 am - 6 pm or 6 pm - 6 am with a rotating schedule.

• * Your initial shift will vary for training *

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position.

``` - Clean and prepare workstations and machines. - Assemble and test components and ensure adherence to specified requirements, soldering experience is an asset. - Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems. - Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies. - Check final assembly for finish, labelling, and packaging methods. - Production reporting - Ensure profitable business operations. - Complete other tasks as required and/or directed. - Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures and related labor laws.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to distinguish between colors
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Production experience
• Adaptable

• Basic computer skills
