Who We\'re Seeking We\'re looking for an experienced and strategic communications manager to create and execute internal communications strategies, while serving as a trusted advisor to our leaders and colleagues. General Functions and Outcomes * Partner closely with internal business partners and leaders to develop and execute communications strategies that advance Cambia\'s business objectives; inspire, educate and inform our employees; and strengthen our company culture. * Advise on and create content across multiple channels including email, intranet, newsletters, video channels, digital screens, employee events and more. * Learn leaders\' voices and perspectives to effectively create leader communications and talking points. * Define and deliver on outcomes-based metrics. * Use digital tools to distribute, post and lay out content. * Create strategy decks and clear written communications. * Work with the team to develop solutions for current challenges and innovative ideas for the future. Minimum Requirements * At least eight years of communications experience, with at least some of that time spent in corporate communications. Other experience may include journalism, marketing, public relations or similar. * Jargon buster who knows how to translate complex concepts into clear communications. * Excellent writer who can adapt their writing style to match the tone, style and voice of various leaders. * Shrewd editor who can shape their own and others\' communications to convey critical information in an engaging and brand-appropriate manner. * Equally adept at seeing the big picture and sweating the details. * Stays on top of current communications and business trends. * Skilled self-manager: accountable, proactive and deadline driven. * A natural networker who builds and maintains strong relationships at all levels of the organization. * Highly trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. * Master multi-tasker who is comfortable prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Health care background preferred but not required. * Experience implementing communications tools and trouble-shooting technical issues preferred but not required. Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above: Bachelor\'s Degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field and a minimum of 8 years\' experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The expected hiring range for the Internal Communications Manager is \$97,000 - 132,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15% . The current full salary range for this role is \$91,500 - \$149,000.
