Radial, the leader in omnichannel commerce technologies and operations, has an exciting opening for a Fulfillment Clerk. Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end to end processes reducing costs for our customer while enhancing the consumer experience.

Role Summary:

The Fulfillment Clerk requires a highly organized and efficient candidate that can operate with minimal direct supervision. Will process receiving/shipping orders and ensure they are filled correctly. Will assist management team to ensure every order is processed correctly into inventory and/or shipped to customer. Need to acquire knowledge of multiple departments within the facility. Will need to possess email etiquette, typing skills and the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets.

Responsibilities:

• Client and carrier communications via email or telephone required for scheduling trucks.

• Work Radial Now tickets for epiphanies.

• Communicating Daily/Weekly workflow with management team.

• Work overtime as deemed necessary by management.

• Assist in the daily sanitation of assigned area to insure an efficient, safe and hazard free production environment.

• Assist other members of the team, in any way possible, as determined by management and supervisors.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

• Must adhere to facility requirements regarding the handling of specific products.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts (forklifts and packaging machinery).

• Filing Bills of Lading post-delivery.  

• Verifying accuracy of product receipt and product put away.

• Managing daily freight planning  

• Performing Yard control duties and audits  

• Provide Internal reporting as required.  

• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• One to two years related experience and/or training in warehousing or distribution operations o​​r equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.

• Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and changes in procedures.

• The employee frequently is required to sit/stand for extended periods of time.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal interaction and social skills.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Smartsheet’s

• The employee must be able to recognize audio and visual signals from PIT equipment.

• Possess a leadership quality and work well with others and be willing to cross-train and participate in other aspects of the business when applicable.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Travel:

• This position is not remote.

• Travel is not required.

Hours: Mondya to Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.
