As a Winter Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. You will be working in a challenging, highly technical manufacturing environment that produces some of KDP’s most recognized beverages in the industry. Each co-op will have real responsibilities and will be provided opportunities to grow professionally. You will be part of the Sourcing Activation team which supports the Coffee Business Unit. This position will be focused on helping driving productivity, supplier quality and service.

The KDP 2025 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 6 - May 23, 2025

• Full-time; 40 hours per week

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00am until 5:00pm

• Hybrid: (T/W/Th in office) - Location: Burlington, MA

As a Winter Co-op you will:

• Analyze supplier service and quality performance data from multiple sources, compare data results with business needs and contractual commitments/KPI's, provide insights into areas of focus and potential solutions

• Support Business Continuity Plans addressing single sourced material supply chains to mitigate risk of supply of manufacturing materials. Help identify risk, providing potential mitigation ideas/scenarios, and helping explore and execute

• Support Material Supply Alert issue resolution

• Support supplier transitions including material qualifications (ie.: moving material “x” from the supplier “y” into supplier “z”)

• Support Productivity/Savings Initiatives (ie.: productivity workshops/events, specific projects that require supplier transitions as described above, etc.)

Elements of the KDP Co-op Program include:

• Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment

• Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders

• Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting

• Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network

• Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
