Summer 2025 Co-op – E-Commerce Merchandising – Burlington, MA

Shift/Schedule:

• The KDP 2025 Summer Co-op Program will run from July 9 - December 5, 2025

• Full-time; 40 hours per week

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00am until 5:00pm

• Hybrid

   

As a Summer Co-op you will:

• Site Review: Regularly check the Keurig.com website to make sure everything looks right and works smoothly, ensuring a great shopping experience.

• Onsite Merchandising: Build and tweak product displays and pricing on our website to keep our offerings exciting and engaging.

• Coupon Management: Create and keep track of coupons, manage how they’re used, and study their effects on our sales to make them even better.

• Tagging & Data Analysis: Dive into the data to see how our promotions are doing and find ways to make them even more effective.

• Creative Execution: Turn merchandising ideas into reality by guiding projects from the initial brief to the final on-site presence.

• Brand Launch Coordination: Lead the charge from the start of a new brand idea to its launch on our site, ensuring it makes a splash.

• Continuous Learning: Join in on marketing meetings and business reviews each week to grow your skills and understanding.

Elements of the KDP Co-op Program include:

• Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment

• Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders

• Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting

• Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network

• Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
