Tufts Medicine Physician Executive Recruiter in Burlington, Massachusetts
Job Overview:
Working closely with the Manager of Physician/APC Recruitment and Onboarding executes recruiting strategies to recruit physician leaders and executives (Chiefs and above) at Tufts Medicine. Will proactively develop talent pipelines for leadership and executive searches, which include diverse candidates by using enhanced social media sourcing, prescreening, interviewing and collaborative recommendations of high-quality candidates.
Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration or equivalent
5-7 years of experience in physician executive recruitment with a demonstrated track record of excellence in recruiting
Experience leading committee-led searchers
Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams
Demonstrated experience in recruiting and attracting diverse candidates
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
CPRP Certification
Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated high-performing competencies to drive desired outcomes and results
Ability to influence others to reach shared ownership of outcomes and demonstrated relationship-building
Ability to work independently
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills, when communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of the diversity of sourcing techniques and strong negotiation skills
Strong Project Management skills and technically savvy
Experience using HRIS systems, including applicant tracking systems
