The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of accounts payable experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwares, solid attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. salary: $30 - $35 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation

• Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents

• Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements

• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries

• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues

• Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis as needed

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment related issues

• Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting regulations and best practices in accounts payable processes
