Central Plains Equipment, an employee-owned, certified Case IH dealership, is currently accepting applications for a full-time Parts Specialist. A great candidate is one who likes to problem-solve, is a continuous learner and has a dedicated work ethic.
Team Contribution: Processing parts orders, warranties and credits Processing freight shipments Completing purchase orders Procuring outside parts
Qualifications: Superior customer service skills Computer skills with the ability to learn new programs Successfully help customers identify and fulfill their parts and accessory needs Experience working with agricultural parts preferred
Requirements: Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills Thrive and multi-task in a constantly changing environment Self-driven
Physical Requirements: Physical mobility including being able to lift up to 60 pounds unaided Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to manage different environmental smells
