This position is based mainly in our offices at the Latino Civic Alliance building in Burien, WA. Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is looking for a Clinician to join our team who work with Spanish-speaking families in the South King County community. You would be an integral part of this team of innovators who explore and develop new approaches and implement novel strategies for engaging families.

The office locations are in South King County (Tukwila and Burien), Washington offering comprehensive, intensive, Wrap-around behavioral health services to the Latino/Latinx community. WHAT WE OFFER: Starting Salary Range: $76,167.00-$84,727.50 Additional Pay/Ability to Earn Additional Pay of:

  • Coverage after hours: $1,800.00 per year
  • Pay based on performance: up to $8,000.00 per year
  • Licensure pay
  • *Bi-lingual fluency skills in Spanish and English: *$100.00 per pay period (2 times per month)

Training and Supervision:

  • Extensive training in multiple clinical approaches as well as training in other areas
  • Daily and weekly supervision and support with your Clinical Supervisor, as needed.
