GAF Production Associate/ Assembler in Burgaw, North Carolina

Job Description:



  • 1st Shift : 5a-3:00p (overtime required at this time; some Saturday work may be required)

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00p-1:30a Monday-Friday (overtime required; some Saturday evening work may be required)


  • Ability to perform all jobs in any area needed. once trained

  • Motivated by goals & quotas

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good work and attendance record

  • Flexibility to work in other production areas as business needs require a must

  • Must be Safety and Quality oriented

  • Good attitude toward company policies, processes, regulations and procedures

  • Motivated and open-minded, willing to adapt to new techniques and processes

  • Ability to lift up to 30 to 50 pounds based on position requirements

  • Ability to use small hand tools

  • Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours without a sitting break

  • Good verbal communication skills

  • Must be able to work overtime as needed
