ARAMARK Union Payroll Administrator in Burbank, California

Description

Aramark Uniform Services is Currently Hiring for a Payroll Union Administrator in Burbank, CA.

The PAYROLL UNION ADMINISTRATOR provides support to the payroll and field market centers with data processing responsibilities which conform to the ARAMARK Uniform Services (AUS) processing functions.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Provide data entry support that is required to update and maintain the integrity of information between Aramark and our various unions;

  • Will reconcile union bills to payroll reports;

  • Will make and process union payments timely and accurately;

  • Will process deductions for various amounts due from employees;

  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; Knowledge of MS Office including: Microsoft Outlook and Excel;

  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and must be capable of working under pressure with a high sense of urgency;

  • Proven ability to make strong judgment decisions and work with a high level of integrity;

  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and the ability accept and thrive in a changing environment.

Experience:

  • A minimum of one year basic experience and knowledge of standard payroll or accounts payable

Education:

  • A High School Diploma is required.
