We are seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead operational and growth initiatives from end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will excel in gathering requirements, defining scope, and managing resources for technology teams, including IT Infrastructure Engineering and Desktop Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of project management, including gathering requirements, defining scope, schedule, and resourcing for technology teams.

• Ensure clear reporting of project status, including timelines, milestone tracking, budget status, and issue identification to program management and stakeholders.

• Prioritize and escalate critical operational tasks, executing project work plans, and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Collaborate with program management to assess and define technology roadmaps with key deliverables and milestone dates.

• Maintain KPI dashboards related to program metrics via Microsoft Power BI, applying analytics and critical thinking to identify team inefficiencies and risk areas, and implementing projects or processes to streamline and improve operations.

• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

  Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Technical Project Management, utilizing waterfall and agile methodology.

• 4+ years of experience managing and developing teams to meet expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.

• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet and familiarity with Jira.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in managing technical operations teams, including IT hardware engineers and software developers.

• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and organizing work effectively.

• Good meeting facilitation skills and effective team player.

• Strong ability to develop and present business cases via PowerPoint or Keynote.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to create workflow drawings and process maps utilizing Visio.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a Content Production environment.

PMP certification is a plus.

Certified Scrum Master is a plus.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Additional Information:

Location: Burbank-Studio Lot, Frank G Wells onsite 4 days per week.

Important to have: Smartsheets.

Experience managing traditional projects, managing tickets, ensuring show support requests, managing rollouts of new software being released.

Entertainment experience is not required but nice to have.

Environment is fast-paced.
