Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Establish effective relationships in order to increase sales with targeted clients
Communicate effectively with other members of the Sales Team, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations on segment and client issues
Responsible for growing profitable sales in region using cost efficient methods
Understand and align with company policies and procedures
Build a successful sales team; manage and develop sales team personnel
Lead Business development initiatives in the Region, with aim of improving Market Share in major/key accounts
Empower and manage Channel partners, drive/monitor performance and growth
Manage receivables in region as per set norms
Conduct Performance appraisals for team members and provide feedback for development areas
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree, Business or Science
Experience:
10+ years of business experience
Management experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Results oriented, assertive and self-motivated, and possess strong organizational skills to achieve goals consistently
Professional selling and presentation skills to influence multiple levels at customer’s organization
Expert negotiation skills to close sales
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate optimally with internal and external customers
Analytical skills and intellectual ability to develop ideas, grasp sophisticated product applications, apply creative thinking, prepare a business plan and report quantitative data
Must have decision-making ability to perceive and evaluate alternatives, analyze impact of decisions before carrying them out, and implement decisions with appropriate evidence and rationale
Communicate account objectives and action plans to management via weekly business reviews and other communication vehicles.
Good computer skill (Excel, Power point...)
Good English Skills, both written and verbal
