Ziegler CAT Key Account Coordinator in Buhl, Minnesota

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Key Account Coordinator that is responsible for operational and rental sales support to sales personnel for Ziegler Inc. This position will require an extraordinary amount of potential for administrative advancement while managing the needs of Ziegler CAT's key customer accounts. This position is expected to understand all aspects of the sales and rental coordination duties, while performing these duties at the highest level. Responsibilities: Serve as main line of support for sales representatives with a focus on any assigned key accounts Create and maintain sale, lease and rental agreements Schedule trucking and or shipping of equipment to customer sites Finalize invoices, estimates, and credits for transactions Update equipment status, work order status, and yard status File warranty registrations and maintains warranty data in Dealer Business Systems Software (DBS) Work with customers directly on rental needs, machine swaps, etc. Handle any additional special projects as assigned Ability to manage a large number of transactions and high functioning salespeople Answer and facilitate after hours calls on a rotating schedule Keep up to date and accurate records Gather information to aid in warranty claims Show leadership potential and ability to guide employees in an effective manner Ability to troubleshoot highly complex or high stress situations Serve as intermediary between sales staff, coordinators, and other departments to handle customer issues Work in a cooperative manner with team Qualifications: 4 year College Degree or 4 years of equivalent experience required Highly skilled in current sales and rental coordination duties Ability to multi-task on technical issues Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task High level of customer service experience and/or ability to deal directly with key customers Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Personal Attributes: Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Teaching/Coaching Orientation, Attention to Detail, Ability to Multi-Task, Teamwork, Assertiveness, Professionalism Minimum Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing Working Conditions are indoor and outdoor.
