Job Description

This role involves leading and managing platform projects with a strong emphasis on infrastructure, security, and data, which are integral to analytics and AI initiatives.

  Lead and manage platform projects with a focus on infrastructure, security, and data.

  Enhance program discipline within the organization by ensuring robust project management practices and operational excellence.

  Manage highly complex projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

  Ensure adherence to technical and regulatory standards.

  Possess deep technical expertise in platform, infrastructure, security, and data management.

  Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  Demonstrate strong program management skills, including managing timelines, scope, and cross-functional teams effectively.

  Exhibit excellent communication skills to report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

  Provide solutions that drive operational excellence and support leadership in achieving business goals.

Expertise in using project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and creating executive-level presentations.

Skills and Requirements

Requirements:

* 5+ years of direct project management experience.

* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to influence without authority and build trust.

* Proficiency in managing complex programs remotely.

* Excellent with creating roadmaps, dashboards, and managing dependencies in Jira and working in Confluence

* Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field. null
