We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Temp to Hire Part Time Bookkeeper to join our client's accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. This position is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt to new environments, work independently, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

salary: $29 - $30 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• 24 hours/week position; potential for more hours as workload grows

• strong experience with QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP & EXCEL

• working knowledge of WORD, OUTLOOK

• experience with ADP-RUN beneficial

• comfortable with direct customer contact via phone and email as needed

• ability to self-manage time and work independently

• ability to problem-solve and discuss solutions with management
