OfficeTeam has an exciting opportunity at a logistics company for an experienced Customer Service professional who enjoys solving complex problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for various customer service support and administrative duties as the Customer Service Representative team member. Are you skilled at organization, managing accounts, and overall customer service? Then we have the Client Support position for you. This Customer Service role is a short-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity and is located in the Buffalo, New York area.

What you get to do every single day

  • Support a variety of clients with their order entry/status

  • Handle telephone calls

  • Complete word processing, filing, and faxing

    Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • Adeptness in data entry

  • Experience with switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
