This role will drive programmatic activities related to the lifecycle of a CRE or Client Strategist or sales leader, such as onboarding processes for sales, skill building programs, and build a sales culture. Working directly with the core Sales Operations team, Sales Enablement team and other various groups, the role will ensure our sales teams are aligned with Firm strategy/initiatives and the power of the Firm is optimized through Sales for revenue growth.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Employing detailed knowledge of best practices in program management as well as typical sales process and detailed knowledge of sales activities;

  • Taking strategic concepts and plans and operationalizing them into direct actions;

  • Collaborating and sharing optimal industry practices and providing guidance, with broader teams and/or networks;

  • Innovating and improving on focused sharing and identifying the latest techniques across business teams, a sales network, and stakeholders;

  • Demonstrating experience of production of program events such as large meetings, conferences, live and virtual training/meeting sessions;

  • Utilizing basic principles from experience with learning and development initiatives;

  • Utilizing knowledge of best practices in sales management activities, such as target setting, incentive/compensation strategies, basic performance management best practices;

  • Using financial management and analytics skills with and reporting to track success aligned with productivity metrics and KPIs;

  • Using data & technology to make better, faster and more informed decisions with familiarity automating reports, building dashboards and leveraging analytic capabilities in Salesforce to create efficiencies around building sales pipeline, client relationships, and digital enablement embedded throughout;

  • Demonstrating extensive experience in managing multiple business work streams with multiple stakeholder groups;

  • Building key relationships and bridge connections with multiple stakeholder groups in a highly-matrixed team environment;

  • Promoting and educating sales staff on PwC solutions and benefits, and/or assisting with sales programs that drive revenue and confirm that follow-up activities are taking place;

  • Employing knowledge of marketing processes, tactics and lead generation to connect sales to create opportunities;

  • Employing a deep understanding of social media platforms and an ability to translate concepts in social selling to new users; and,

  • Thriving in a fast-paced matrixed organization, while working with a sense of urgency and being agile in an ever-changing environment.
