The Retail Digital & Deposit Product Senior Manager will work cross functionally guided by a core principle of putting the customer front and center. The senior manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of acquisition, relationship deepening and retention through the development, design and promotion of Northwest's retail digital banking and deposit product set. The senior manager will devise, maintain, monitor and disseminate reporting and insights related to competitive activity, pricing, profitability, customer growth and product mix. The senior manager is also responsible for evaluating and improving our products by recommending enhancements, tracking and communicating profitability and collaborating with key bank partners, including line of business leadership, marketing, technology and information systems, customer experience, enterprise project management, finance and training. Additionally, the senior manager will lead new product development and enhancement activities for checking, savings and liquidity, time deposits, online and mobile banking, and retail payments.

Essential Functions
\* Work closely with stakeholders and partners to convey the product vision, continuously verify that the product fulfills that vision (as measured by customer value, growth and business outcomes) and ensure the bank is developing and marketing the right products
\* Facilitate alignment among internal stakeholders, providing customer and market research and analytics to lead them to align on product strategy and a multi-year plan
\* Create go-to-market plans, from early concepts, through minimum viable products (MVP) and beyond
\* Research customer segments served by Northwest Bank's products
\* This will be based on developing a deep understanding of customer goals, the value customers derive from the product, and the business capabilities and digital strategies of the segment
\* Analyze competing offerings or capabilities, including alternatives that current and prospective Northwest Bank customers might use, to understand how to offer the differentiated products or services that customers prefer
\* Go to market (GTM) strategy: Ensure Northwest Bank teams are prepared to deliver new products and enhancements
\* Partner with technology and information systems to implement requisite system changes and test and validate changes
\* Work closely with marketing and corporate communications partners to develop launch strategy and communications plan
\* Leverage training and sales development teams to develop effective change management and communications to ready customer-facing teams
\* Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive awareness, adoption and engagement of products and solutions
\* Responsible for projecting product volume in support of routine business and finance planning
\* Serve as a leader for Northwest Bank's deposit product strategy process, including deposit pricing and fees
\* Extensive knowledge of fundamental regulations governing U.S. retail deposit accounts, payments, and digital banking services, including but not limited to Regulation DD, Truth in Savings, Regulation E, and Regulation CC. Apply this knowledge to ensure compliance, risk management, and proper regulatory reporting
\* Working knowledge of other important regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Patriot Act and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
\* Maintain Northwest Bank's standard for internal controls, such as the internal and external audit points working efficiently and effectively to satisfy any issues raised by regulators as needed
\* Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
\* Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
\* Work as part of a team
\* Work with on-site equipment

Additional Responsibilities
\* Complete other duties and special projects as requested by management

Safety and Health
\* Provide leadership and positive direction for maintaining the safety and loss prevention program
\* Actively participate in and support employee participation in the safety and loss prevention program by ensuring that employees know how to properly report a safety issue, making sure that all accidents are promptly reported to Human Resources and documented, and ensuring that prompt action is taken whenever workplace hazards are identified
\* Help implement emergency procedures

Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred

Work Experience

8 - 12 years Product management and development preferred
