Job Description:

Is responsible for overseeing site specific day- to- day activities of Respiratory Therapy services at Kaleida Health. Would include making patient assignments, ensuring competency of all staff Respiratory Therapists including Transport, responsible for training and orientation of new and existing staff members. Ensuring proper therapies in compliance with policies and clinical practice guidelines. Functioning as the expert clinical resource for staff on shift. Managing breaks and staff workflow.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

AAS in Respiratory Care required. BS in Respiratory Care preferred. 3 years of Respiratory Therapy Transport Experience required. Respiratory Therapist license Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire. OCH - RT (cost center 10122) - all hires and transfers must obtain PALS and ACLS and NRP within six (6) months from date of hire/transfer and remain current.

$45.98-$58.26 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
