Responsibilities:
Responsible for the procurement and management of pharmaceutical inventory, including invoices, ordering, and returns
Manages appropriate inventory levels to assure adequate stock while balancing financial costs
Maintains stock to quality standards, including segregation of damaged, expired, and recalled products
Comprehends 340B rules and regulations and assures 340B compliance related to inventory and self-audits
Provides feedback and assists in the development of processes that will improve compliance and efficiency with 340B
Responsible for daily processing of Healthminder prescriptions and working closely with the pharmacist team to ensure timely completion based on fluctuating workload
Assures a sound borrow and replenish model for maintaining 340B and non-B inventories
Processes confidential information and handles such information in a professional manner in accordance with both state and federal laws, as well as policies implemented by NHC
Able to provide cross coverage for a pharmacy technician as needed
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Counting accuracy with attention to detail
Strong analytical and decision making skills
Very detail oriented
Ability to type 30 wpm
Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new programs
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Superb organizational skills
Strong influencing skills
Self-starter with the ability to work proactively and take initiative
Results-oriented; creative and persistent in accomplishing tasks
Solutions-driven with a systems orientation
Highly responsive, timely, accurate and thorough in follow-up and follow-through

Compensation: $18-$21/hour
Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
