ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Buffalo, New York

Our client, a leading food manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and flexibility, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: West Seneca

Pay Range: $21-$22 per hour

Shift: Looking for flexibility on 1st shift, weekends included

What’s the Job?

  1. Operate a forklift and work from heights.

  2. Utilize the CMMS System for communication and updating work orders.

  3. Perform snow removal using snowplow, salt truck, and front-loader, including early mornings and extended hours.

  4. Conduct basic landscaping and other facility maintenance tasks.

  5. Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, and safety regulations, including food safety.

What’s Needed?

  1. Experience with HVAC systems and CMMS System.

  2. Valid driver’s license for operating snow removal equipment.

  3. Ability to operate hand and power tools.

  4. Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations including GMP’s and HACCP.

  5. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required.
