Description

Job Summary

Responsible for administrative functions of the Maintenance Department, including inventory control, PM reporting and filing, work order completion and auditing, and part requisition

Essential Job Functions

  1. Provide maintenance support by accessing, modifying, maintaining, and cycle counting parts inventory.

  2. Maintain PM records and file accordingly. Run completed PM reports monthly. Work with Maintenance Manager to determine PM scheduling monthly.

  3. Complete Work Orders in MRO CMMS and consume parts accordingly. Enter Work Order data submitted from Maintenance team.

  4. Perform audits of inventory levels and adjust as needed and continuously.

  5. Assist with daily operations, including dispatching of team to calls and tracking W/O completion, part consumption, and assigned labor hours.

  6. Make recommendations for continuous improvement and error proofing initiatives.

  7. Identify process gaps and communicate with Maintenance Manager and staff to remedy.

  8. Perform reorder and Purchase Request functions to maintain inventory levels.

  9. Support and assist Facilities and Electrical maintenance staff as needed.

  10. Work with Maintenance Manager to implement new control systems and reporting of output, efficiency, and labor usage.

  11. Coordinate and track outside vendor PM usage and visits.

  12. File appropriate PM records electronically and physically.

  13. Continued organization and scanning/digitizing of maintenance schematics of machinery.

  14. Comply with all industry standards and regulations (ISO, FDA, etc.).

  15. Support and assist Facilities and maintenance staff as needed.

  16. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma

• 2 years administrative experience, within a manufacturing setting preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work in a constructive, positive manner with others in a team environment

• Basic reading, math, and direction following skills.

• Must be able to read and comprehend production orders and operating procedures

• Knowledge of Office, Teams, Excel, etc.

• Ability to problem solve

• Knowledge of manufacturing standards, regulations, and procedures

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes specific to Nissha Medical Technologies

• Ability to follow directions

• Knowledge of CMMS

• Knowledge of PM programs

• Knowledge of continuous improvement initiatives

Starting hourly rate of $20-25/hr with a comprehensive benefits package.
