Job Description

Summary:

Performs skilled services for repair, replacement, modification and installation of physical plant and other equipment. Performs a variety of tasks requiring skills and expertise to repair physical plant associated equipment. Must possess the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and select a course of action regarding equipment failures and repair. Related minor electrical, piping and carpentry as required.

Education And Credentials

Responsibilities:

High School graduate or GED required. Trade or technical school preferred.

Other information:

Minimum 2 to 4 years relevant experience and able to demonstrate ability to perform complex repair and installation. Must be able to read and understand technical manuals, specifications, plans, drawings and sketches.
