Our team in Corporate Group is looking for an IT Operations Administrator to join them. You will report to the Infrastructure Operations Manager and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

To be considered for the IT Operations Administrator role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:

• Typically, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A combination of experience and education, or equivalent professional experience, may also be considered.
• 2+ years of IT experience, ideally in IT Operations and help desk roles.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration, with a stronger emphasis on Linux.

As an IT Operations Administrator, you will:

• Manage infrastructure operations across On-Premises, VMWare, and Azure environments.
• Monitor resource and platform health to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee hardware and operating system lifecycle management.
• Implement patching and other security measures to protect our systems.
• Manage backups and storage solutions.
• Triage and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Handle Identity and Access Management provisioning.
