Job Title: Design EngineerJob Description

Join our evolution team as a Design Engineer. You will work with existing equipment to find ways to improve and enhance their functionality. Analyze why components are failing and develop solutions to make them better. After six months, you will travel to client sites to evaluate products and troubleshoot solutions, collaborating closely with field engineers. This role requires hands-on involvement and interaction with the shop floor as part of the manufacturing process post-design.

Hard Skills

• 3D Design with any software (SolidWorks/Inventor preferred)

• Mechanical aptitude

• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience in designing and redesigning existing products

Soft Skills

• Hands-on hobbies

• Comfortable with travel

• Ability to work well with the shop floor team

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Buffalo, New York.

Work Environment

Collaborative and hands-on environment with some travel after six months. Work closely with the shop floor and field engineers.
