Bringing together your passion and ours! The Corrugated Press Operator reports to the Corrugated Supervisor. The operator is responsible for all activities associated with the setup, operation, cleanup, and order documentation.
The primary responsibilities of this position include: -Ensure that print and/or dye cut sections of machinery are set up following the proper setup guidelines. -Ensure standard work procedures are followed by crew members -Maintaining the quality of finished goods -Maintain an organized system for cutting dyes and print plates. -Provides a clean and organized working environment. -Achieve daily production goals with a defect rate of zero. -Contribute to process improvement, lean manufacturing, and waste reduction efforts. -Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and rules. -Ensure that all good manufacturing practices are followed. -Take part in cross-training on other machines.

Education: A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Experience: -An understanding of the corrugated industry from prior work experience. -A minimum of 5 years experience using a Rotary Dye Cutter, a Flexo Folder Gluer, or a Specialty Folder Gluer.
Skills/Abilities: -Understanding and applying simple mathematical concepts (quantities, sizes, etc.). -Ability to manage time and organize tasks effectively. -Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds. -Detailed oriented. -Reliable transportation is required.

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. with two fifteen-minute paid breaks and a half-hour unpaid lunch Starting $23/hour
