The focus is on general corporate legal services and estate planning, primarily serving privately held businesses. The ideal candidate or firm will offer comprehensive legal expertise in the absence of in-house counsel, with services including business formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, healthcare, banking, commercial real estate, and business succession planning. Additionally, expertise in providing tailored estate planning solutions for business owners and high-net-worth individuals is essential.
