Kenmore Tonawanda UFSD Cleaner FT - Buildings & Grounds (4 positions) in Buffalo, New York
Hours: 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week) - Core Schedule *Times may vary due to the schedule of individual buildings.
Duties of Assignment: Support the Director of Facilities, the Head Custodians and the operations at the various buildings throughout the District. Performs routine manual tasks requiring physical effort in the cleaning and care of the building.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of the properties of various cleaning substances; ability to understand and follow verbal and simple written instructions; ability to stand; stoop, bend and stretch for long periods of time; ability to use various cleaning equipment and products; ability to climb ladders and scaffolds; thoroughness; dependability; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
Acceptable Training and Experience: There are no educational or experience requirements. Applicants must be able to perform physical labor.
