Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant in Buffalo, New York. This role is in the accounting industry and requires familiarity with accounting software systems and ERP solutions. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, providing an environment where you can develop and refine your skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handling account coding and ensuring accuracy in all accounting entries

• Utilizing accounting software systems like Dynamics NAV to streamline work processes

• Processing account reconciliations and ensuring all accounts are up-to-date

• Performing account analysis to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly

• Leveraging ERP solutions to improve accounting functions and efficiency

• Assisting in the management of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Utilizing Adobe Acrobat for document management and information exchange

• Ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Resolving customer inquiries related to their accounts in a professional and timely manner. Requirements • Must have a solid understanding of Account Coding

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a must

• Familiarity with Dynamics NAV is desirable

• Experience with ERP Solutions is beneficial

• Ability to perform Account Analysis effectively

• Proficiency in generating Accounting Entries

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Skills in Account Reconciliation are required

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential
