Cassia Dietary Aide in Buffalo, Minnesota
Join our friendly and experienced team at Lake Ridge Care Center as a Dietary Aide! We have wonderful Full-Time and Part-Time Dietary Aide positions that offer guaranteed hours. No late nights and no experience needed! Great shift for students or those looking to make extra money! We're offering up to a $1,000 bonus!
In this role, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members’ meals. Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by the staff and residents alike.
There are Full-Time (Day), Part-Time (Evening) and every other weekend day shifts available. No late nights required!
FT Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm - working a varied schedule including every other weekend and holiday
PT Hours: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm - working a varied schedule including every other weekend
Weekend Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm - working every other weekend
PT is eligible for a $500 bonus! FT is eligible for a $1,000 bonus!

Dietary Aide responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department.
Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
Complete additional tasks as needed.
Dietary Aide skills and requirements:
Prior serving/ dining experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to stand for length of shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
Compassionate, positive attitude and team player.
Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check.
