National Massage and Nail Academy is looking for Massage Therapy Instructor to inspire, guide, and render knowledge, experience, and expertise in all aspects of his/her specialized field. He/she is responsible for the training and mentoring of students who are eager to learn practice and professionalism, that which is required in the instructor’s field of certification. National Massage and Nail Academy is in the process of getting approved from the State of Illinois and is looking for excellent Instructors. Summary of essential job functions: • Develop and follow syllabus  • Develop and follow daily lesson plan • Class preparation and homework review • Available for student’s questions outside of the classroom • Integrative Review and Rework with students real time • Attendance documentation • Perform grade evaluation  Minimum qualifications for faculty members shall possess at least ONE of the following qualifications: • A combination of no fewer than 4,000 clock hours of successful training and on-the-job experience in the academic or vocational/skill subject area to which the faculty member is to be assigned; (4,000=certification and 3+ years of massage practice)  OR  • Graduation from a State-approved, four-year degree-granting school with satisfactory completion of no fewer than 24 semester hours in the academic or vocational/skill subject area in which the applicant will be assigned to teach, including evidence of satisfactory completion of at least one 3-semester hour college level course in each subject to which the faculty member is to be assigned.
