What youll do

Position title:SAP iXp Intern Order Management Administrator

Location: Buenos Aires, Munro

Expected start date: September/October 2024

Duration: 6 months up to 18 months

Work set-up: Hybrid

In this role,

As an Intern you will be part of Order to Invoice department, which is customer focused. The jobs tasks involve supporting the teams daily operations so your key responsibilities will include:

• Checking contracts

• Collecting costumers purchase orders

• Booking simple deals in the system

• Communicating with stakeholders

• Assisting multiple processes from the area.

Who you are

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Must be a current university student

• Open to different fields of study (preferably Finance, Administration, or other related careers)

• Willingness to work with the standardized finance processes

• Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Written and spoken advanced English is required

• Attention to details

• Capable of welcoming changes and participating on SAPs finance transformation journey

• Able to participate in problem solving initiatives with innovative approach

• Team player that shares responsibilities and tasks
