Job Description

As a Web Data Analyst focused on our content management system (Drupal), SEO, and other Website Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital content and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that enhance our online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

•Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, including Drupal CMS, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

•Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content engagement and SEO.

•Reporting: Create regular reports and dashboards that communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.

•Content Analysis: Evaluate content performance, including page views, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversion rates, and make recommendations for content optimization.

•SEO Optimization: Work closely with the SEO team to monitor keyword rankings, backlinks, and on-page SEO factors, and provide recommendations for SEO improvement.

•User Experience Analysis: Assess user behavior and user journey data to improve website navigation, usability, and overall user experience.

•A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to assess the impact of changes on website performance and user engagement.

•Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our performance against industry peers and identify opportunities for improvement.

•Data Governance: Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

•Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and SEO specialists, to implement data-driven strategies.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

•3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a digital marketing or web content management context.

•Proficiency in Drupal CMS, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.

•Familiarity with A/B testing and user experience analysis.

•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

•Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

•Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

•Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
