Supply Chain Operations Customer Service Representative

In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:

  • Maintains statistics on volume variation by product for an operational unit.

  • Makes evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information.

  • Resolves issues by identifying and selecting solutions by applying acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.

  • Communicates with diverse audiences through the exchange of information in a concise and logical manner.

The ideal candidate for this position preferably possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 12 months continuous employment, regardless of the field

  • University/College degree

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills

  • Basic MS Suite knowledge

  • Basic experience in an Accounting role

  • Creative Problem-Solving, Customer Focused Approach

  • Teamwork

  • Flexibility and Accuracy, Attention to Detail

  • Ability to work under pressure, with short deadlines
