As a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Business Services Specialist, you will be joining a motivated big team to support one of biggest clients in the aviation industry, regarding their recruitment operations.

What you will do:

• Screening applications/CVs and identifying candidates

• Handling stakeholder management with the hiring managers at the client side

• Being a key partner of the hiring managers and guide them through the recruitment process

• Shortlisting candidates based on the feedback received from the hiring managers

• Handling the verbal and administrative part of the offer process

• Managing, updating, and modifying requisition in the system

• Scheduling assessment centers for the candidates

• Managing job postings

• Interacting with candidates and focusing on providing a great candidate experience

• Taking a part in the intake/briefing call with the hiring managers when necessary.

What we would like you to have:

• Good level of English is a must (both written and verbal)

• Experience in recruitment is a very big plus

• Great communication and interpersonal skills

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Being autonomous, proactive and do not afraid to ask questions

• Good team player and self motivated
