Position title: SAP iXp Intern Mobile Experience - Quality Associate

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Expected start date to end date: 1st November 2024 - 31st October 2025

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Associate Intern to join our mobile development team, contributing to the creation of outstanding quality mobile business applications for iOS, Android, and Windows platforms. Your focus will be on the testing of our primary mobile application, SAP Service and Asset Manager, among other similar applications. Your responsibilities will include manual testing of application features, with the potential to enhance and expand our automated testing framework.

What you bring:

At least basic programming skills in one or more modern Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn about QA processes, testing methodologies and CI/CD tools

Desire to continuously develop and enhance programming skills, with a primary focus on Java

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Mobile apps are very often the first entry point for our customers to experience the Intelligence Enterprise and access their data and business processes. Our mission is to integrate the mobile portfolio in ways that offer customers an innovative mobile user experience across their business processes, leveraging the latest native technologies and delivering best-in-class capabilities in each market segment.

At the heart of this mission is the Mobile Experience & Engineering unit, which serves as the central hub for SAPs mobile app development and mobile technology initiatives. This unit is responsible for defining a holistic, persona-centric mobile portfolio, overseeing the overall mobile app development process, including app lifecycle management, and ensuring the necessary governance to guarantee customer success.

A prime example of our innovative approach is the SAP Service and Asset Manager, one of the flagship products within our mobile portfolio. This intuitive, cloud-based mobile app supports sustainable, risk-resilient operations and serves numerous prominent clients worldwide across diverse sectors such as food production, energy, utilities, and transportation. It empowers field technicians to access, capture, and utilize asset and operational data directly on their devices, exemplifying our commitment to delivering powerful mobile solutions.

Please note that this position is both available with full-time or part time work schedule, at least in 24 hours per week.
