RMO Systems Operations Business Analyst

The Resource Management Organization (RMO) System Operations Team is a global function, providing standard systemic solutions and controls for the end-to-end supply chain processes in Citibank. We are also responsible for the implementation of the new RMO Smart Automation Technologies to drive innovation, transformation and growth. For critical or broad scope initiatives, System Operations co-ordinates and leads transformation and change management activities across RMO ensuring global standardization & efficiency.
Analyzes comparative data from reports, process reviews and issues reported (both system and process related) and interprets results
Engage technology partners and stakeholders where needed to implement changes and control implementations
Supports project managers with day-to-day tasks, might manage a part of project milestone
Actively participates in P2P and other system testing related activities
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
Payables/Accounting/S2C knowledge is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written English
Good MS Suite knowledge
Flexibility and Accuracy, attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure, with short deadlines
