About the Role:
As a CBRE Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
What You’ll Do:
Welcoming and guiding the guests, suppliers and client employees.
Welcoming the new joiners, coordinating them and complete the relating administrative tasks. Prepare the new joiner packages and hand over to new employees.
Manage building cards, access cards and temporary access cards.
Managing switchboard. Answering calls and forwarding requests to the various divisions and departments.
Full management of the reservation system, liaising with the reservation system operators.
Providing full support for events organised by the client (making name badges, opening doors, providing access and all related administration).
Organising meetings, booking meeting rooms and preparing them. Supervising and regularly check the condition of meeting rooms in reception area.
Full management of the parking interface and incoming requests.
Managing guest parking (cooperation with the reception of the office building, notifying them about arriving guests, immediate assistance in case of problems).
Arranging taxi orders.
Fully managing the clients internal communication platform and collecting all the related necessary information.
Carrying out tasks related to the DHL courier service.
Customs clearance of consignments from countries outside of the European Union.
Complete all administrative task related to departing employees (parking, parking cards, access cards, status changes and their follow-up).
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager and contract manager.
Carrying out tasks assigned by the client.
We are looking for a candidate with:
Can-do attitude
At least secondary education
Active knowledge of both English and Hungarian, written and spoken
Confident use of MS Office
Customer focus
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Multitasking in practice
