Job Title: Procurement Finance Senior Analyst

About the Function

The Supply Financial Controlling and Analysis team is a truly global and diversified department. We are contributing through the end-to-end Supply Chain from the consumer to the supplier. We are playing a big part in making our brands as we source, distill, brew, pack, and ship.

Here you can be truly connected to our brands and can get an insight into Procurement sourcing strategy and support their work with financials. You can be the Finance business partner to the Production sites and the Logistics team moving finished goods from the factories to the warehouse, then to the distributors or consumers.

About the Role

Top Accountabilities

• Support delivery of monthly reporting processes (PPV reports, ML reports, VMP reporting, Landingreport, O&R report, Accruals/Creditorsforecast).

• Ensurethecompleteness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor therespective P&L accountsforanyinconsistencies

• Takefullresponsibilityfortheday-to-day management of therespective Profit and Loss / Balancesheetareafrom accounting, reporting and controllingperspective

• Createaccurateforecastsbasedonidentifiedtrends in theactuals and informationcollectedfromthestakeholders

About You

• Degreeeducated in relevant finance / accounting/ business

• Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is stronglypreferred

• 2-3years experience in relevantarea

• Accounting experience

• Experience in a Shared services environment is consideredas an advantage

• Havegoodunderstanding ofSAP, PowerBIsolutionwiththeability to thinkbroadlywhen a systemrelatedchallengeoccurs and extract data in a waythatsupports decision making

• Fluent English knowledge
