This is an intermediate level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform operational tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.

• Client data transaction management in banking systems with the highest accuracy for Corporate clients (including Platinum)

• Cooperation with other Citi teams from all over the world

• Involvement in international projects

• Comprehensive process and product knowledge

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of processing payments & tasks to be delivered

• Issues and escalations identification, reporting and handling until the resolutions

• Possible shift-work (morning / afternoon / evening shifts) including public holidays with proper financial recognition

IDEAL BACKGROUND

• 1+ years of relevant experience in related role

• Fluent English (verbal and written communication)

• Confident user of MS Excel and MS Outlook

• Ability to work in a team and dealing with international partners

• Analytical mindset

• Precision, keen attention to details

• Quick learner

• Independence in solving problems

• Ability to work under time pressure and adhere to strict daily deadlines
