Job Description Summary

In this role, you will be owing and driving the marketing automation capabilities, their operations, and adoption across global marketing teams. The role entails owning the Marketing automation system including Leads management, Marketo platform, and its operations and integrations with other associated systems such as SFDC.

You will work closely with marketing, commercial and technology partners across different business units and regions to drive process excellence, tech adoption, and data standardization efforts to ensure seamless operations among different functional groups and technology platforms, empowering omni-channel selling capabilities for GE Healthcare.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own and Manage Marketing Automation Platforms: Oversee the entire marketing automation ecosystem, including Marketo and other interconnected lead capture platforms, ensuring they are effectively leveraged across global marketing teams.

  • Lead Management: Develop and maintain robust lead management processes, ensuring seamless integration and data flow between lead capture platforms, marketing automation platforms and CRM systems like Salesforce.

  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes, data, and workflows within the marketing automation ecosystem, ensuring consistency and efficiency across global teams.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, commercial, and technology partners across different business units and regions to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.

  • Integration Oversight: Manage and optimize the integrations between the marketing automation platforms and other associated systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless functionality.

  • Best practices and Training: Lead the tech adoption efforts for marketing automation tools, providing training and support to global marketing teams to maximize platform utilization. Share best practices and guide marketers on how to effectively use Marketo's capabilities

  • Data Standardization: Champion data standardization initiatives across marketing systems to ensure consistent data quality and reporting, enabling effective decision-making and campaign execution.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor the performance of marketing automation efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements within the marketing automation operations to enhance efficiency, reduce redundancies, and improve overall performance.

  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance policies, maintaining high standards of data security and ethical marketing practices.

  • Innovation and Strategy: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing automation, recommending and implementing new tools and strategies to keep the organization at the forefront of digital marketing.

  • Support Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with various teams to support and enhance omni-channel selling capabilities, ensuring a unified and effective customer experience across all touchpoints.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing Automation: Proven hands-on experience (typically 5+ years) in managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo, with a deep understanding of lead management processes and best practices.

  • CRM Integration Expertise: Strong experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce (SFDC), and a track record of successfully integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM for seamless data flow and reporting.

  • Project Management : Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Process Improvement Skills : Expertise in identifying, implementing, and managing process improvements within marketing operations, with a focus on standardization, efficiency, and operational excellence.

  • Technical Acumen : A solid understanding of the technical aspects of marketing automation platforms, integrations, and related technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
