Marcom Specialist Buildings Segment (Maternity Cover)

based in our Business Service Centre in Budapest

We are looking for a Marcom Specialist for our Buildings Segment to support the Hungarian marketing department. The Marcom Specialist's responsibilities include supporting the database management in CRM, website content updates on the product pages, PR activities (localization and creation of PR content), creating marketing materials and working on ad hoc marketing and sales related tasks. This role will be critical for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

What you’ll do:

• Updating and daily management of product lists and databases

• Uploading product data in SAP

• Day-to-day coordination of web modifications and product pages

• Localization and translation of marketing materials

• Communication and coordination with the PR agency

• Daily contact with marketing stakeholders and other teams

• Support the Hungarian sales organization in case of ad hoc requests

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of team's activities

Qualifications and skills:

• BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage

• 1-3 years of experience ideally, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

• Good working knowledge of Excel, Marketing software and SAP is an advantage

• Native speaker level of Hungarian and fluent English

• Proactive personality, able to work independently but also within a team
