GKN Automotive Hungary:

It is a truly exciting time to join us here at GKN Automotive in Hungary. We built a brand new manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Miskolc in 2023, which includes assembly and office accommodation. Our Miskolc facility is a key regional facility for the driveline technologies that GKN Automotive supply to our global customer base. We employ hundreds of colleagues from the local community and will continue to develop the site over time.

This is an excellent opportunity to work at the forefront of technology and innovation across the fast-paced Automotive market in a new and important strategic location. We are seeking a Trainee to join our Tool and equipment design team.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and create technical drawings.

• Communication level English skills

• Hungarian language also required

• Currently pursuing or completed studies in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of Excel

• Basic knowledge of 3D modeling in any software is a plus.

• Creative thinking and openness to new challenges

• Desire to gain experience in the launch of a Greenfield project.

Responsibilities:

• Creating documentation

• Designing tools and fixtures

• Gaining experience in collaboration with 3D technology
